Each year the Nuremberg Fair brings together the greatest selection of the world’s natural foods.

In restaurants, bars and home kitchens, organic foods are enjoying a real increase in popularity.

The main objective of this display is to promote the diversity of high quality, strictly-controlled organic products in the international market.  Its fresh approach, international nature and innovative influence make BioFach stand out as the leading show for the organic produce sector.

Every year in February, almost 30,000 professional visitors from some 100 countries are attracted to this fair in Nuremberg.  Biofach is sponsored by IFOAM (the International Organisation for the Promotion of Organic Farming) and its strict admission procedures continue to  guarantee the regular high quality of products on show.  With its own shows in Japan, the United States and South America, BioFach has a presence in four continents.
