1. RETURN POLICY

 

1.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The user will have a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partially, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with article 102.d) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of Nov. 16.

 

Once the indicated period has expired, BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will not accept returns for the withdrawal of product purchases.

 

In the event of desisting from the purchase, the user must contact BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. by sending an email to bodega@paramoarroyo.com

In any case, in the event of withdrawal, the following requirements must be met:

 

  1. The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered, keeping its original packaging and labeling.

  2. The return will be made using the same box or, failing that, a similar format that guarantees the condition of the product.

  3. A proof of purchase must be included in the shipment together with the delivery note of the products, which also indicates those products returned.

  4. Returns of orders must be made to the address:

1.2. RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Without prejudice to any other rights that may correspond to the user, the user will have the right to a refund of the price of defective products or those delivered that do not correspond to the order placed by him. In addition, the user will have the right to claim, and have it delivered, an equal product in perfect condition.

In the cases of return to BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. of defective products or that do not correspond to the order, this must be carried out by the User through the procedure established in the previous section, although the User, in this case, does not You will have to bear the costs of returning these products.

If the user has followed the procedure established in the previous section and the requirements established in that section have been met, BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will reimburse the price paid corresponding to the products that are returned that are defective or do not correspond to the Product order made by the user, in accordance with the provisions of the following section.

 

1.3. REFUND OF THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS TO THE USER

If the user has followed the procedure established in this section and the requirements established therein have been met, BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will refund the price paid by the user for the returned products. In the event that the return is made in exercise of the user's right of withdrawal described in section 1, BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will not pay or pay the return expenses and / or costs.

The user will not be entitled to a refund of the price of returned products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered, or the requirements established in these Return Conditions have not been met.

 

Partial returns of an order will result in a refund of the price corresponding to the returned product or products. BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will manage the price refund order through the same payment system used by the user during the product acquisition process, within a maximum period of 30 days from the collection of the product and once BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. has verified that the returned products meet the requirements established in sections 1 and 2 and above. The application of the refund of the price in the user's account will depend on their bank.

 

 

2. SHIPPING POLICY

BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. will not send any order until it has verified that the payment has been made. Merchandise shipments will usually be made by express courier according to the destination freely designated by the USER.

The delivery dates or deadlines shall be understood as approximate, the delay not constituting essential non-compliance. In the event that BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L. has not delivered the merchandise after 30 days from the agreed delivery date, the customer will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid at no cost, and without that for this reason no liability for damages arising from BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, S.L.

The delivery time is usually between 2 and 3 working days, depending on the destination population and the chosen form of payment. This term is understood as long as the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the full payment of the order has been verified.

 

BODEGAS HERMANOS PÁRAMO ARROYO, SL will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, because the data provided by the USER is false, inaccurate or incomplete.

The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the USER and the USER, or his / her delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.

It is the responsibility of the USER to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.

 

 

3. TRANSPORTATION COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the destination and the number of products purchased. Shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and can be reviewed before finalizing the purchase.

Shipping will be free in the Peninsula, for orders equal to or greater than € XX (VAT included). For orders less than € XX, a rate of € X (VAT included) will be applied for the Peninsula, which will be calculated automatically when entering the customer's data based on the number of bottles and the shipping address.

 

The delivery times are as follows:

    • Peninsula: 2/3 business days, from the business day following the order confirmation.

    • Balearic Islands: 2/3 business days, from the business day following the order confirmation.

    • Canary Islands: 2/3 working days, from the working day following the order confirmation.

    • Ceuta and Melilla: 2/3 working days, from the working day following the order confirmation.
